2022 Roanoke Valley Golf Hall of Fame Points System

The Roanoke Valley Golf Hall of Fame points for the Men, Woman, Senior and Super Seniors will mirror the VSGA Points system the Junior Boys and Girls is based on the below tournaments. It is the players responsibility to report all tournaments and points to the RVGHOF. (Miller Baber 540-354-8180 miller.baber@equitable.com) We will make a good faith effort to record points but we do not have the time or resources to confirm all points, players club, home course verification age verification, current school verification, etc. Player of the year is selected based on the 40% Points and 60% other criteria such as number of wins, head to head, points average per event played, conduct, finishes in local events and other national events etc. Many tournaments that Juniors play will not be in the system as there are about 3,400 junior events across the United States and that is too much to track given our time and resource limits.
